Here are our most frequently asked questions.

• Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

  The All-Access pass is a subscription based membership offered in different tiers, giving you access to download any product on our store as well as all future releases.

• Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

  You will get access to any template for lifetime. But you’ll not get any future updates if you don’t have any active subscription.

• How fast will I receive my designs?

  The All-Access pass is meant to be for a single user. Account sharing is monitored and strictly prohibited. If you have a team and have multiple members needing access please contact support for assistance.

• Do you offer plans for teams?

  We can manually create All-Access Pass accounts for teams of up to 20 members. If you have a team, please contact support for assistance.

• Can I cancel the plan anytime?

  Yes for sure, you can cancel your plan anytime you want. You’ll still have access to the products till the end date of your subscription.

• How long will I get support?

  In principle, all templates purchased separately include 6 months of technical support. As for subscriptions, they depend on the subscription period.

• What is your refund policy?

  All transactions are final and we do not offer refunds on All-Access Pass purchases.
